Adrian, the founder and owner of travelBrain GmbH, has the overall responsibility for our team. Thanks to his many years of experience in the travel industry, Adrian is very familiar with the entire end-to-end process from booking to invoicing and the associated systems.
Our Freelance-Team of Industry Experts
As a Solution and Business Consultant, Michael has been able to gain experience in the launch of travel planning, travel expense accounting, workflow, org management, process consultation, project management, optical archiving, reporting and quality assurance systems in numerous national and international projects. Since the beginning of 2016, Michael is the managing director of our partner company, expenseBrain GmbH in Oehringen.
Christian sees himself as an all-rounder and has gained experience mainly in the commercial aspects and the process sector of business travel management over the past 20 years. His involvement at a global GDS and in consultation products in strategic sales as well as in outsourcing round off his profile.
With almost 40 years of travel industry experience in Operations and Account Management Alexandre is certainly a industry professional. Together with Jean-Daniel Ducret he represents travelBrain in the French speaking part of Switzerland and France. When requirements include process analysis and optimisation, Procurement (RFI/RFP) or the implementation of new tools or simply project management – he will be there to support.
Birger (Oldorff-Consulting.com) is an expert for medical and security travel risk management. For 20 years, he has been advising companies of various industries around “Duty of Care”. His long-term work experience in emerging countries (Russia) also gives him “on the ground” experience, outside of the traditional “headquarters” world.
Wim is our expert when it comes to the analysis and development of new processes as well as the integration of front, middle and back office systems. Apart from the connection to GDS, inventory, accounting and reporting systems, Wim also deals with the optimisation of workflows and the management of larger projects.
Sandro has been in the industry for almost 30 years and has a large international network on the corporate and supplier side. He knows the processes in the business travel industry from the ground up and has gained a lot of experience in his long career in the operational business and in account management on the TMC side as well as in international travel management at a major Swiss bank.
Brad has over 30 years of experience in the travel industry. With hands on experience from the agent’s and GDS point of view including running travel agency back office systems; he has a full overview of the end to end processes required to implement and automate all aspects of travel technology systems. He has lead many international and global projects, including current market online booking tools.
