Sometimes it just happens! Customers do not always want to use our services in the traditional regions and countries. No, there are also experts on the other side of the big pond in demand. Or experts and lone fighters in travel management and technology are looking to connect to a network to be able to advise their customers even more comprehensively or even to be involved as part of a larger project. And in the meantime there’s a lot to offer with travelBrain and expenseBrain.
Thanks to our large network and countless contacts from numerous projects, we often have the opportunity at short notice to mobilize specialists in regions that we have not previously actively covered. For example, Brad Hart, a process and technology expert, has recently joined the team in the US He has worked for BCD Travel in Europe for a long time. During this time we were allowed to succesfully run a couple projects together with Brad. Brad will support some of our current US-related projects. Whenever needed he will be reaching out to us, if his travel management projects require support in Europe.
With Sabah Kahoul from Paris, the contact has intensified since my appearance at the ACTE Education Forum in Zurich in May 2017. She was responsible for the ACTE events in Switzerland for quite some time. As a former Microsoft Travel Manager in France, she set up her own business a few years ago and, with her company “Business Travel Purchase”, she looks after many renowned customers in the areas of travel management and procurement. Sabah will support us in our projects in France and the french speaking part of Switzerland while at the same time working on the development of common new products and services.
A great addition to our team I am incredibly proud of. If you have any need in the US or France, we are already here!
