With hands on experience from the agent’s and GDS point of view including running travel agency back office systems; he has a full overview of the end to end processes required to implement and automate all aspects of travel technology systems.

Brad has the ability to interface with all levels of participants in a project to ensure success and that customer’s expectations are exceeded.
